KARLI WADDELL

Personal Trainer

Karli is a strength and performance coach who works with athletes and active individuals of all ages, from youth basketball players to collegiate athletes and adults. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance and has been training consistently since graduating. She is currently the Strength Coach for the Benedictine University Men’s Basketball program in Mesa, Arizona.


Originally from Ypsilanti, Michigan, Karli moved to Arizona four years ago to pursue her education and coaching career. Her experience includes one-on-one training, small group sessions, group fitness, and leading agility and speed development for a sixth-grade basketball team in Peoria, Arizona.


At Swysh Den, she focuses on building strong movement foundations, improving athletic performance, and helping athletes and parents move better, get stronger, and gain confidence both on and off the court.
