Costume Contest

Keep it comfortable enough to move in. Show up in your Halloween best.

Brain

A short parent-and-kid session on confidence and focus tools, the same ones used with competitive athletes.

Body

HIIT Class led by Orangetheory Fitness. No experience needed, every move can be modified.

Fuel

Wrap up the morning by making your own post-workout snack with Eat Clean Phx.
