Swysh Forward Foundation is teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness and Blue Zones Project for a free, high-energy HIIT class right on our courts. No membership, no experience, and no equipment required, just show up ready to move.

Costumes Encouraged

Keep it comfortable enough to move in. Show up in your Halloween best.

Free for All Ages

No experience needed. Every movement can be modified to fit your fitness level.
