STEVE MOSES
President
Steve Moses brings over 20 years of professional expertise in operations and growth. As a National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Accredited Basketball Coach, Steve has a passion for mentoring young athletes, teaching them discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. With a strong background in business and economics from Arizona State University, Steve combines his strategic mindset and love for basketball to drive Swysh Den’s mission of excellence.
When he’s not leading Swysh Den, Steve enjoys attending Phoenix Suns and Mercury games with his family, further fueling his passion for basketball and community engagement.

BRANDON SMITH
General Manager
A former Division 1 athlete and Certified Basketball Instructor, Brandon Smith brings over 20 years of experience in basketball and player development. His training philosophy emphasizes building well-rounded athletes with strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and game IQ.
Brandon’s customized training programs balance skill development, mental conditioning, and teamwork, helping players maximize their potential on and off the court. His dedication to fostering confidence and leadership in athletes drives Swysh Den’s reputation as a top-tier training facility.

Certified Mental Health Professional
Jordan Lewis is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in psychology and counseling from William Jewell College and the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Combining his expertise in mental health with his love for basketball, Jordan is developing a Mental Performance Certificate Program at Swysh Den.
This unique program supports athletes and their parents in navigating the competitive sports environment, blending on- and off-the-court learning for holistic development. Jordan’s commitment to helping others achieve personal and athletic growth is at the heart of Swysh Den’s approach to mental performance.

Brand Ambassador
Known as "Spicy Sophie" for her fiery presence on the court, Sophie Cunningham is a star player for the Indiana Fever in the WNBA. With an illustrious career that includes All-SEC honors at the University of Missouri and recognition as a McDonald’s All-American in high school, Sophie is an inspiring role model for athletes everywhere.
Off the court, Sophie’s passion for animal welfare and her grounded personality make her a beloved figure in the community. As Swysh Den’s Brand Ambassador, she brings her energy, leadership, and dedication to inspire the next generation of athletes.
